Following the death of Fenwall’s Owner, in December ‘23, Bob Hyatt was appointed by the Executors to take full responsibility for the interim management & disposal, on best available terms, of all properties.
After the ensuing lengthy period of managing the wide range of interests & parties involved, all properties were sold in good order & on acceptable terms.
